Once your website is complete, it will need to be suitably hosted based upon the level of anticipated visitors and bandwidth it will use. YourWebWorks uses its largest option as standard and your first year's hosting is free.

Website Hosting:
Standard Hosting package //: £50.00 per annum

Domain Names:
Purchase of a .com // .net //: £55 per annum
Purchase of a .co.uk //: £45 per annum (purchasable in 2-year blocks)

Transfer of domain to our control: //: £30 + costs (includes re-purchase of domain)

Web Forwarding set-up //: £25 + cost

Email accounts:
Email account set-up //: £25 per account name (completed via email file transfer if using Outlook Express)

Email Auto-responder set-up //: £10 per name.

Email Diversion set-up //: £25

Consultancy:
By Telephone //: £30.00 per hour

By Email //: £30.00 per hour

Personal visit //: £50.00 per hour + Expenses

Administration:
An administration charge of £30.00 per hour applies to all work undertaken by us on behalf of the client, which involve our contacting 3rd party companies (ie, in the transfer of domain names or renewel of website hosting) or pursueing clients for late delivery of assetts etc.

Please note that consultancy charges now apply to time spent advising our clients on matters of design, non-fault technical support, email account set-up, domain name aquisition, special hosting requirements, and Project Development beyond our first free hour.
